All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium All orders placed before 4 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local DHL Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order
Pre-orders If you have purchased any pre-order item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items will be collected upon placement of the order.
Rates & delivery time All domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped. Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and weight of the order.
Missing packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days – in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
Return information If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 30 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.
Processing Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
Return process We will accept returns for any reason and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Within 30 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form you received with your order and send it back to the relevant address to send the item back. Instructions on how to send it are on the return form.
Damaged returns Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
Defective items If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
